The difference between the large and medium is significant! We ordered a sample of the large and many of our staff decided to go with the medium. The sleeves are increadibly short on the medium. We will probably just go with hoodies next time!

The item definitely runs small. If ordering for group, I recommend getting sample so everyone can try it on first to get an idea. Our normal "smalls" ordered mediums and they were very close to still being too small.

On my staff, the younger women generally fit very well into what they expected to wear. However, many of the older (40+) women needed something one or two sizes beyond what was expected- mostly because the bust or midsection was tight. It seems that normal changes in body shape due to age is not well accommodated.
