Larger shirts seemed to run true to size, smaller shirts - medium needed to order one size larger. It was great to receive a sample shirt but could have used a large shirt (which is what I received) and a medium. All in all it was fine.

Besides the sizing being pretty accurate, the great thing about this shirt is that it will still be that size once it runs through the washer and dryer. I've laundered mine several times and it still fits the same. Settings? Cold water Permanent Press wash, Delicate dryer setting but tumbled the full cycle.
